The challenge
In the region, care, support, shelter, work and daytime activities sit with different organizations, each with its own intake, opening hours and conditions. Which organization fits depends on the situation. The people involved are rarely in a position to work out that puzzle calmly.
- Information is spread across the websites of different organizations
- Requests for help also come in during evenings and weekends, when the desks are closed
- People register with the wrong organization or drop out
- Professionals spend time referring people who should have gone somewhere else
It started with Stichting van de Straat, which wanted to bring the information of eight support agencies together in one chat assistant. In April 2026, five large care organizations signed a cooperation agreement to build and govern one assistant together: Noor.
Our solution
The results
Noor will get its own home at noorhelpt.nl. The assistant also delivers something that was not a goal at the start: staff use Noor to see how things work at the other organizations in the chain. That saves a lot of phoning around.
"What we did not expect beforehand: Noor makes the organizations look at their own internal structure. Every question Noor cannot answer reveals a gap in the services, or a place where two organizations do the same thing."
Anthonie Smith, And AI
"I'm proud that we are doing this with five organizations together. We all have the same interest: that nobody falls through the cracks. With Noor, we really work on that side by side."Tjenny van der Veen, Chair of the Executive Board, Wender
What Noor shows
Noor shows what AI can do where things get complicated: many organizations, each with its own rules, and information scattered across desks, websites and leaflets. Noor brings those information flows together in one conversation, while each organization keeps its own way of working.
The knowledge stays with the professionals. They manage the knowledge base and the decision tree, and everything Noor says can be traced back to them. What used to sit in people's heads, leaflets and separate websites is now recorded in one place that the organizations maintain together. That knowledge stays usable, even when people leave or the chain changes.
Is your information spread across departments, locations or partners?
Then we start by mapping the information flows together and agreeing how the knowledge will be safeguarded, before anything gets built.
